INTRODUCTION
Constitution & By-Laws Committee formulates and revises necessary laws each year to communicate the guidelines to the members and each branch. It then promotes them in accordance with the principles. Such code of conduct, or legal system, has formed the foundations of society. A just legal system should provide equal rights and protections for everyone. By participating in the makings of legal framework for Hwarang, the committee provides excellent learning opportunities for the members interested in entering legal field.
헌법 및 조례 위원회는 화랑 회원들과 각 지부에 가이드라인을 전달하기 위해 매년 이뤄지는 법률제정과 수정을 담당합니다. 제정 및 수정된 법률들을 각 지부에 권고하는 역활도 맡고 있습니다. 이와같은 법률 체계는 해당 사회가 원활하게 돌아가는 데 중요한 바탕을 마련해줍니다. 따라서 모두에게 똑같은 권리와 보호를 약속하는 법 체계가 공평함을 약속할 것입니다. 위원회에 참가함으로서 소속 회원들은 법 관련 커리어를 경험하는데 많은 도움이 될 것입니다.
